Heather was amazing and helped me put a name to the actual massage I truly wanted and needed… myofascial release. The massage was exactly the right pressure to work on my many trigger points and I had a good release. I made immediate plans to go back for another massage and to add cupping to further help with my trigger point releases. The only problem is that I am only visiting Murfreesboro and Heather probably won’t relocate to San Diego. Haha!
