It is difficult rate your services, as each time the cleaning team comes it is a different one. We have had some very good ones for example Wylee and Zosha, also a team captained by Mychela(sp) and the first team that came. They were excellent.

Staff are very well trained, thorough and pleasant to work with.
I'm happy with the quality of the cleaning, which I feel is the most important thing. But I am also pleased that a couple times when I needed to make a change to the schedule it was done with ease.... although I'm sure it isn't really an easy thing to do.

Fast excellent air
I hired merry maids to clean my parent’s home before putting it on the market. Customer service received from the start was excellent. I had a set of tasks that were cleaned in the time frame I allocated. I asked them to come back and clean the window tracks as they were missed and they scheduled me in the next day. I was pleased they came back to make it right and staff did a thorough job. I would recommend their services.
Scheduling was really easy and the cleaner did a really good job.
I needed my apartment cleaned for a move-out inspection and Skye did a great job! I didn't need to do any cleaning myself and passed my inspection with flying colours.

No "10" because the only thing not to like about Merry Maids overall is that the Maids who come change very often. In the city we lived before coming to British Columbia, we had the same one or two workers come for over 5 years with only occasional changes.
I like the fact that your cleaning staff are bonded, well trained and personable. For the most part I have been happy with their work in my home. On one occasion I was very unhappy with the job done by one cleaner and I sent photos to your office. Another crew attended my home and finished cleaning. I asked that I get a new cleaner and Merry Maids obliged. Good customer service. I have recommended MM to several of my friends and colleagues.
