You're adaptable. We've been with you now for over 12 years, maybe 15? and things have changed. We inherited all my mother's furniture so there were a couple of months when the place looked like a warehouse and we went from raw pine to vintage mahogany. We tore up the wall-to-wall and had laminate installed. Took the 1977 bathroom down to the studs and replaced the tile and tub with fancy plastic. Doesn't matter that we don't know how to clean these things - you do. Best of all we never really had to discuss it - just this is us now and your teams jump into action and make whatever we have look it's best!

Products were fine. Dusting and vacuuming was very poor as we gave unlimited time to do the job.
