I am so pleased with Merry Maids.
Getting the greeting before the time alloted to me and the friendly voice ,reminds me that my home will be pristine once again, thats when i organize a luncheon,bridge or a party.
Cheryl is my regular, and I love her cheery greeting, then I leave her and I go to the gym an hour or two later i return and find my place spotless.

The maids were very friendly and they cleaned my place really well, on time and for a fair price.
Try to keep the team the same if possible. I find the new girls sometimes seem to forget
what I have told them the time before...ie: when cleaning the kitchen floor, wipe window ledges
top of frig.When dusting, put the "things" back where I had them, hold onto pictures when dusting, and they will stay straight.These are only minor, but when it's over a long period &
it's repeated, it's annoying. If the girls are not sure,Valerie is the Senior girl. and she should tell them, or ask. I have a good team now. thanks Eileen Nattrass.
Crew was friendly, thorough, attentive and listened to my requests. Appreciated that they asked me about unclear instruction rather than just going ahead.

Merry Maids have been cleaning my home for several years now and I would cancel my cable and stop buying lattes before I gave them up.
Merry Maids visit my mother 1x week. I never worry that her housekeeping needs are not being met. My mother is very happy with the service. Valerie is the wonderful person usually that keeps my Mum's apartment in tip top shape. Valerie's schedule used to have her at my Mum's in the morning; it recently changed to between Noon or 1:00 pm, which means my mother does not get to see Valerie much any more due to her own busy schedule. My mother (First name removed) has commented that she does miss seeing Valerie ;>) Thanks again to everyone that provides this wonderful service. Beverley Patterson

The speed in which it is done. I like the fact the products don"t have a scent to them. And the two girls are lovely.
Diligent workers with good supervision. Responsive to specific requests.
The two ladies that are our "regulars" are great and in fact the occasion ladies are great as well
I have a bit of a problem with your window cleaner (the new product). It leaves a film. Great people and excellent service continue.

Friendly and competent staff.
Girls are always very pleasant and nice to have around. Their work is well done, especially in Kitchen and bathrooms. They are good at
cleaning inside of windows and they always ask me if there are any other jobs I would like done. They are very good at vacuuming every
room and dusting framed pictures. They will even go into the garden to help with raking up leaves or blowing leaves from driveway or path to front door, what more could I ask?
The equipment they use is obviously kept in good repair and the products they use get the jobs done and they stay done.

Very professional and competent
T.he MM's were very efficient;products did not leave an odour lingering after.the only disappointment was in arrival times;the first day they were 3 hours later than time quoted for starting.There was also a difference in expectations --the person with whom I spoke to engage the MM seemed to be on a different wave length than I.This may have been partly my fault
