I like what is used on my kitchen appliances. I have had to ask some of the cleaners to remove the sofa cushions and vacuum. I have noticed that not all cleaners clean under the livingroom furniture. The furniture is very easily moved (ie they just slide across the floor). I think it should be just a part of their regular duties and that I should not have to ask. Other than that I am happy with their service.

Very consistent and thorough. I would prefer that the team scheduled us for earlier in the day. Ideally they would be done by 3pm so the kids are not impacted coming home from school.
