A very good service in this difficult time. The team in Bristol made sure that I got my new bike during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a key worker my bike is crucial for my commute to work, as my old bike was unridable, the fast purchase of a new bike was key. Thank you very much Trek Bristol! The service from Stuart has always been excellent. Against the odds in these difficult times he found a slot for my bike repair and service. Cycling is very important to me and he (and Trek) have helped me stay on the road!

I needed some work done on my bike as I use it to get to work. The staff sorted it out very quickly and efficiently, charged me less than I had expected(!) as they said it only needed a basic service, and were brilliant about observing hygiene and social distancing protocols while also being very friendly and welcoming. I think they came into work specially just to fix my bike, so they definitely went the extra mile for me!

We had a great experience purchasing and customizing our bikes. Staff was helpful, especially with making sure we got our bikes before the lockdown. They even had cleaning spray for us :).

Great service and advice too! As it turns out I’ve been riding a good no of years with my saddle at the wrong height. I only popped in treat myself to a new one but then didn’t have a tool to fit it so popped back to borrow one hence learning my own simple mistake when I thought I knew all about riding my bike. Definitely recommend 👍

Stu Fountain did a brilliant and thorough job fixing my buckled back wheel, gave me a quick lesson in bike maintenance and advised me to get a level 2 service in the near future. Amazing customer service- I was truly delighted!
