Services are excellent. Use of soap based cleaner on tile is not good for tile grout. This was suggested by a commercial tile/grout cleaning company
You called me to let me know that his blind had fallen down and could not be ut back up....i appreciate that, the apt. will repalce it.
Both of the maids did excellent work. They were very fast and thorough - I couldn't believe how much they got done in one and a half hours. This is my very first experience having someone, other than myself, clean my house. What a nice feeling to have the whole house cleaned at the same time.
As far as products, I asked that they use my cleaning/dusting products.
all my friend that have a maid is alot list then my cost so sorry they only look at the cost .

The ladies are always very pleasant and neat and do a grand job. The products are those that I would have purchased myself for my house if I were able to clean up. I love the way tehey clean my kitchen. I could eat off the floor.
The girls were sweet and very conscientious and efficient. I have never seen my bathroom look so clean. I am 67 and find it hard to scrub my tub like I want it. They were more than I expected. My kids kept saying how pleased they were.
Our home was very clean and smelled great when we returned home.
Very reliable and I like that they bring their own products, etc. Kate does a great job & it's very nice to come home to a freshly clean home at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend Merry Maids.
