We've been very happy with your service. However, I feel it is imperative that you let the customer know if you're introducing a new cleaning product in our home such as the cinnamon scent used during our last cleaning. I have asthma and am seriously allergic to artificial scents. It took us several days to rid our home of the odor.
I like that you bring everything you need to do the job.
Sometimes the ladies are a little too speedy and don't do a great job of dusting. I guess I don't do a good enough inspection before they leave.

I like the ladies who come to our home, very polite and very accommodating. If I want extra attention given to an area the typical response is "its our pleasure to take care if that". Every team that has come to our home works very efficiently, there is very little conversation, they make a plan when they walk in and go right to work. I have already recommended you all to 5 or 6 other people.
