Housekeepers use the products that I have them use on the hardwood floors and tile. Upon using the house just after cleaning yesterday,candy paper wrappings were still under desk chair in office, noticed master bathroom wasn’t as clean on mirrors and vanity tops. When cleaning up something from the kitchen floor, floor around it was noticeable unclean when using a paper towel. My husband said cleaners seemed to have stayed a shorter time yesterday than usual. House wasn’t as clean as it usually is. Noticed this after phone call from MErry Maids yesterday.

There was no chemical smell from products used. The girls were professional and courteous. The house looked so nice when they were finished.
The services are professional and done in a respectable amount of time.
I do not necessarily like all of Merry Maids products. Most of the surfaces (counter tops including the bathrooms) have a slight residue that I do not care for. I have signed a waiver for the ladies to use Lemon Pledge Polish on all of our wood surfaces. We like that better than leftover residue.
Casheena is a dream. Again, professional, prompt, cheerful and a pure delight to have in our home.
