It motivates me to get things put away since I have you come regularly. I enjoy coming home to a clean house after a work day. I've recommended you several times and two of my friends are using you regularly.
This last visit I wasn't happy that the air conditioner was turned down 5 degrees below where I keep it. I certainly want your staff to work in the cool and it's great that they turn it down so they were comfortable. But, I wish that they would turn it back up when they leave. I leave my thermostat at 75 degrees and it was at 70 when I got home late that night. I'll say something to the staff who come next time. Thanks. Name removed

I was called the morning of my scheduled cleaning. One of the women was sick and they wanted to reschedule my cleaning. I could not as my guests would already be here by that date. The woman in the office made sure my house was cleaned by doing it herself. She was very friendly, cleaned everything well, and was extremely helpful.
They did an amazing job! Would highly recommend and will be using them again!

We love the ladies who come to clean. With my elderly mother at home when they are there they are always considerate and kind to her. I am sure most houses they go to no one is home. So it must be different when their is someone there. They always do a great job.

I am disapointed in the quality of floor cleaning. If you have a scrubber to use before using my steam mop, that would be cleaning. As it is, the dust is removed, but nothing more. I have tile floors with slight irregularities, and I don't feel they are clean. This week, water spots on the floor before cleaning, were still there after cleaning. I've had to ask more than once to dust the side rails to the basement. I've had to ask more than once to move items on the toilet top to clean it, as well as cleaning the small candle on it. Frames are cleaned, but not glass inside frames.
If I were't in my 70's I would cancel my contract; as it is, I may look for a more efficient enterprise.

I am always happy about how clean and fresh my home is after a visit from Merry Maids. The personnel who provide the service, especially the lady who is most often assigned, are very hard working, careful and pleasant.

I would highly recommend Merry Maids. They are professional and do the enormous job of cleaning up after my family and I very well each time they are here. I truly am grateful for what they do for us.
I have used this Merry Maids office for many years. I can't compliment them enough. Currently our ladies are Erika and Tina. We love them. If they miss something, they go back and get it on their own before they leave. We are usually here since we're retired, and try to stay out of their way. They are personable, responsive, and efficient. They clean us every other week.
I have one issue I would like to see addressed. For these many years we have asked that our home be cleaned after 12 noon. There are many reasons for that (some medical). We have never minded an occassional exception with an advance call, receiving our permission. We can then alter our day accordingly. However, these last several weeks they have come early almost every time. Some of those cleanings we did not receive an advence call from the office. We want to go back to the usual being after 12 noon, and only rarely come earlier when there is a pressing staff issue or emergency schedulimg need. And even then, we need a call in advance (preferably the day before or at least an hour before they come). We continue to be Merry Maids fans! Thank you.
