I love the special touches. The end of toilet paper folded into something like a triangle or shell. Same with paper towels. It's how clean you get the floors. You don't miss anything. Even the base boards are always clean. I feel like I'm walking into a brand new house. I would highly recommend your services.

I am very happy with Merry Maids and the products used in my home and I have recommended you to friends. Over the past few years I have given high praise to the cleaning crews and have no complaint about their services. I also like the new automated system that let's me know when they are on their way to my home.I have two constructive criticisms to share with management :
1. From the feedback I have received from friends who got estimates, the initial deep cleaning fee has gotten pretty expensive and has dicouraged them from hiring you. My experience has been that the monthly cleaning qualifies as deep cleaning and is reasonably priced.
2. Apparently as a result of enhanced automation, I am now getting too many requests for feedback. This is the second one this month which is overkill for monthly service. I am happy to give quarterly you feedback.
I love the team that comes to my house. They always do an excellent job of cleaning and they always want to please me if I have a special request. The cleaning products they use are wonderful too. Very consistent and thorough.
