The instructors are all top notch. I’ve never had one from whom I didn’t benefit and enjoy a positive experience. Recently I’ve had a couple classes with a newly added instructor, Jackie, and I’ve really enjoyed her vibe.

This service was just great all around. Bohannan was just so sweet and gave a warm and friendly first time welcome. She explained everything throughout!. I definitely will be back again and again. I’ve recommended this to so many people. The benefits from the sauna were true and helped me feel so much better overall!
