I like that I have been able to have the same cleaner each time. I also like the promptness and text message when she is on her way. I also love the signature cinnamon smell but unfortunately she has not had it the last two times. We miss that. But otherwise she does a great job, if very professional and friendly.

Services are great! I prefer my own hardwood floor cleaner to yours. Bruce! It leaves my floors clean and shiny, where yours leaves a dull finish. No reflection on MM. You could up your floor product quality.
