Our project manager Jim Bounds was very kind an reassuring during a difficult process. Everyone was very mannerly, quiet, efficient, dressed nicely, no tattoos or hardware piercings. Our project was handled in a very professional way.

We had a very prompt response! The recovery crew went above and beyond not only to make sure that the process went smoothly but they were very encouraging to us as homeowners who were "in a panic". They were diligent in seeing the job through. Very courteous and knowledgable crew!

Steve, Mike, Al, TJ - all are consummate professionals. ServiceMaster performed the mitigation services after our hot water heater leaked. They showed up at 10:00 on a Saturday night, and the owner even stopped by to help after being out for the evening, We initially went with another company to perform the repairs (on the recommendation of our plumber), but for whatever reason, they did a lot of estimates and walk-throughs over the course of about 3 weeks, but never started the work. We rescinded their authorization and asked Steve and his team to provide an estimate. They did a walk-through and worked with our insurance company to get the approvals within a day, then started the repairs two days later. Everything was completed in a little over a week.

This is a very well-run operation - everyone we worked with knew what was going on with the other repairs (e.g., the flooring guy knew the schedule with the sheetrock and painting). Even the team who helped pack our belongings felt more like neighbors and friends helping out, packing things in a thoughtful manner and giving us an idea of what to expect (even patiently engaging our kids in the process!). I'm sure there's an enormous amount of coordination going on between these teams; it was extraordinarily seamless from our perspective.

We were a little intimidated watching the water pour through two floors, but these guys are in the business of jumping into your disasters (and I know they've seen far worse). After we dropped the other repair company and asked Steve to prepare an estimate, our insurance adjuster made a comment about how he's always had a good experience working with these guys. We can honestly say they operate with a lot of integrity in a field where you can easily be manipulated.
