Salt Yoga is the only Yoga place I will go to in Tulsa. It is not only a tough workout but at the end of each class you leave feeling soothed and inspired to seize the day.
I appreciate that SALT’s schedule has many class times to choose to fit my schedule. SALT isn’t my “home” studio, but I love knowing there’s a place to drop in and practice hot yoga with quality instructors.

Excellent studio. The yoga teachers are accessible and easy to talk to. It is the first studio when I came to Tulsa and they made me feel welcome.

It’s not a commodity that you experience for 60 minutes and then you’re done. The session Salt gives me carries with me past the class. Yoga is different to each individual and at this point, I don’t want mine to be delivered through anyone or anybody else. Thanks Salt.

Sky Archer, Fallen Angel and breath, hold that pose and cold clothes those are just a few of the things I like about Salt. And, Ana Berry has added a new dimension. So, I like the teachers and the friends they become. The music is phenomenal. I try to get friends to come just to lie and relax on their mat and listen. I do wish the strength yoga was offered in an evening. 9:00 on Friday is tough for us 8 to 5ers!

Beautiful studio & really nice class.
Teachers are all wonderful. $10 for 10 days is a great deal for trying it out! After my 10 days I am very likely to continue coming back. I wish more classes were available later in the night.
