I really liked how organized Erica was. She contacted us when she said she would and always answered our questions. I also liked how every time we called Merry Maids the phone was answered by a live human! The cleaning staff did a great job on the deep cleaning and they called before coming -arriving a few minutes early. Very organized and well run business. We signed up for regular tri weekly cleaning.
