Very courteous and on time!
Consistent service, usually with the same staff person! A real plus. House always smells and looks clean. Bathrooms are cleaned well. I like the rotating "deep cleaning" of rooms in the house from visit to visit. Both Merry Maids and our individual staff person receive feedback well and seek to improve or change if something needs to be different.
The products do a great job.
On Merry Maids recent visit an item of great sentimental value was accidentally broken. They salvaged as best they could and left us a note of explanation. We called Merry Maids and explained our desire to replace. (This was an item we had purchased on our first "travel excursion together" from Africa.) The next day, Steve, made an appointment to meet with us in our home. Immediately they were ready and willing to do "whatever" was needed to rectify the situation.
Just yesterday we were notified that the replacement was being shipped from Africa and we should expect delivery soon.
you never know how good a company is until you have a "problem"... now we know.. Merry Maids is professional and they stand behind their work.

You all helped us at the most hardest times of our lives. My husband has cancer. It’s called Squasious Cell Carcinoma! He is going through chemo every 21 days & I am doing all I can to help him & take care of my love. I’m disabled myself with a bad nerve disease , back surgery needed but on hold until he is doing much better & breathing issues. The girls you sent here were amazing kind & very good. Thank you so much for the free cleaning. We are paying high copays for lots of his chemo meds & scripts & cant afford to pay for cleaning right now. I notice items are not moved prior to dusting surfaces. But, I feel sure since the staff has only been to my condo twice, it takes time to make the adjustment and see what needs to be done. I would recommend Merry Maids with the stipulation there is an adjustment period.
The ladies are very friendly and obliging.
I like that you take it the Social Security and do the necessary bookwork.

Merry Maids' Miss Therese has an extraordinary knack for remedying the scatterings of every day detritus and creating order, visible logic, and cleanliness. We experience a completely "fresh re-start" of our home. After her work, life seems MUCH better! Her cheerful, positive outlook is as refreshing as the results she produces. What an absolute miracle worker Miss Therese is in her work for Merry Maids!

On August 1st, I experienced my first home cleaning with Merry Maids. Words cannot express how happy I was with the services that were rendered. During the process, the ladies were very professional and friendly. They were great with giving me advise and suggestions. None of my questions were left unanswered. Once they were done, my home looked and smelled new. I was very excited that I could share a positive feedback to my family and friends. What once seemed to be a difficult task (for me) of getting my home in order was no longer an issue. These ladies accomplished in 2 hours what I was attempting to accomplish in over weeks. Thank you Merry Maids....I am looking forward to your return.

I was not home while the cleaners transformed my house...previous tenants left quite a challenge for MM. Within a few hours, the team cleaned the house top to bottom with special attention paid to the bathrooms. Their work exceeded my expectations and we are delighted. The dirt and odor are gone.
