I have been using Merry Maids for over a decade. They want their clients to be happy with their work, and it shows in the great job that they do! Prior to Merry Maids, I used other services and would often find broken or scratched items after their cleanings. This has never happened with Merry Maids.
The personal and service
The cleaning crew does a thorough and very good job of cleaning. The products used do not have a harsh chemical smell and clean very well, especially on surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. The ladies are always pleasant and courteous.
Always welcome ya'll to our home. But let's don't do 9-10 again. It's too early for us old folks.

The staff is professional from the person scheduling to the person cleaning. I receive a text message to let me know when the cleaning staff person will arrive, and I receive a written report after the cleaning to let me know which services i have received. Everyone is very friendly and good at their jobs. I am always happy when I come home to a beautifully clean house!
