I like the fact that for the most part I can have the same lady (Patty) who knows how I like my house cleaned and doesn't take any short cuts. I am not so satisfied when another lady comes, they don't do as through a job and are more interested in getting done in a few hours than doing a good job.

I have utilized Merry Maids for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of service and especially the personnel that I have had. I am especially pleased with Jackie for all the years she has been coming to our house. She is very trustworthy which is important for the times that we are not here for her visit.
I guess she did a reasonable good job, some things I thought she should do she didn't. You're
cleaning products seems to be ok, I furnish the product for my wood floors. I think I would like
a different person than the deaf girl.

Customer service was great to get set up, the house looks and smells great. We use the service once a week for tidying up as we work over 100 hours a week between my wife and I and just don’t have the time.
