Not only did she do an amazing job, but refused a tip, and told my friends she would be praying for them. That is a level of customer service that is rare these days. This is the first time using Merry Maids and I am very satisfied with their service. They were on time and went right to work, the team was professional and courteous.

There was a mix up in how many people were suppose to come and clean. I was expecting 2 people and only one came. She did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. She worked hard and fast... basically doing the job of two people.
The services and products are terrific. I like the "cinnamon" air freshener, and the clean smell in the kitchen and bathrooms when the work is complete.
