I have noticed that the team meshes nicely together. The products used really clean nicely without a harsh odor.
They meet their scheduled arrival times, they bring all their own equipment & cleaning materials (good ones), the technicians are friendly and thorough, they do a good job.

The people are very friendly and helpful. They get to work the moment they come in and get the job done in a careful and complete manner. They also are always here every week at the same time. It is easy for me to know exactly what time to expect them and it doesn't interfere with anything that I want to get done that day.
I like the quality of the employees for the most part. Sometimes a substitute is sub par but that is usually corrected quickly. I do notice that they sometimes leave supplies behind...Last week I noticed a container sitting on my antique desk...with nothing under it...and I moved it to the bathroom for them to get next week. This was a substitute person.
The ones that I have had a long terrm basis are extraordinary and I do not worry about leaving the house without supervising them.
Management TRIES to accommodate our requests and give us the people we are most comfortable with, as far a possible.
