I love the girls that are sent out to do the ckeaning and the huyse always smels so nice when they leave.
Mindy and her helpers are doing a great job..................I had them do my windows and of course it was in the morning, so the kitchen windows were smeared with whatever they used to wipe......they worked hard at cleaning the windows, it's just in the afternoon till you can really see if they smear..........no problem, I talked to Mindy........didn't expect a re-do, just thought she should know......... I love the girls, and they really do a GREAT job........Name removed

The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Merry Maids is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay.

The cleaning teams do a nice job. I like when the cleaning products that I purchase, including my vacuum, are used.
Surprisingly, it the experience was painless. Maria and Reina came on time. They were both personable and respectful—answering our questions when needed. Maria did an excellent job on our kitchen. She left the outside of our cabinets clean and shiny as well as the oven, 2 microwaves, toaster oven, and outside our refrigerator.
I was not 100 % impressed with our bathroom but when I mentioned it to Angie, she immediately told me that they want me to be 100% satisfied and will send another crew to re-clean our bathroom for free. They did come back and did an excellent job this time.
