We have requested that trainees not be brought to our house and that has generally been the case. Trainees are not able to do the job as well, and a parade of people doesn't benefit us and exposes us to additional risk.
The products are generally good. We've supplied another product for our shower that seems to work better and which Kara is using.

I really appreciate the attention to details (baseboards, ceilings and door moldings) that the ladies do. We have 2 cats and a dog so the pet hair is a big deal that I was never able to get under control - but the ladies always manage to vacuum thoroughly enough to keep things clean. I also really appreciate the "non-cleaning" smell after they are done.
