I like the option of customizing the visit; like that two women are part of the team, and like that MMhandles all the paperwork. That gives me the assurance that I am treating the maids
fairly and according to the rules.
The only issue I had was whether or not to use any polish on the two
tables (kitchen and dining room). I didn't talk with the women who came
about my preferences. I would like your advice on that.

My home always receives a thorough cleaning. They have always accommodated my schedule...allowing me to change dates if a need arises.
The service is flexible, depending on the needs of the customer, and extra cleaning jobs (oven, refrigerator) can be ordered. The products seem to be effective and safe. However, the primary feature is the cleaners themselves. Meghan and Gloria do a great job every week. They are particularly responsible and painstaking with their cleaning. They are why I am so pleased with Merry Maids.
What ever the ladies are using really works. If I ask if they have time to do something they are always willing. I enjoy the little conversation on the phone when the call comes about the appointment. A great group of ladies

Good consistent quality regardless of whic team provides service. I’d like to see a little bit more attention to fine details (baseboards, doors, etc).
We are also still having some confusion about what gets done on a full and partial clean. But that will iron itself out, I’m sure.

Because this service was the cleaning of our house for closing and because I was present for only the first hour or so and did not see the final results, I can only say that I was very impressed by the diligence and attention to detail by the cleaner.
