Convenience of a set schedule.

The team of Merry Maids were very nice and worked hard. I don't know what they used for a cleaner to the blinds but it smelled great. They did a very good job.

The two women who came to clean were very courteous and kind. They did a thorough job of cleaning the kitchen but seemed confused about the other service I had requested through Cleaning for a Reason, which was to do the floors. Floors were dusted, but they didn't understand that they needed to be washed.

I found the products used were effective at removing the grime in the kitchen, however, I had difficulty breathing from the fumes/scents. I had to air the house out after they left and thankfully it was a sunny day and not raining. I will be sure to request that products used for the next time be more environmentally friendly.
I appreciated the service.

I like the team approach to Merry Maids. Rita and Sabrina do a great job. They are prompt, professional and very detail oriented. A few months ago on my cleaning day it had snowed pretty bad the night before and they showed up right on time. I know that because I was running very late to work and they showed up on time!!!!

Excellent in one word!! The Merry Maids' staff of housekeepers are VERY thorough & efficient. They also try to keep their arrival times as consistent as possible each week, which is important to us. Although not all of them understand every word of English, they do comprehend enough for us to understand each other, in case we have a question or concern. We will continue to use Merry Maids as long as the above situations are maintained.
