I like how thorough the cleaners are, Lucia especially. I like that my home smells clean when I come home but doesn't smell like "cleaners", i.e., the scent of the products used is not overpowering. The crew is also always very mindful of my pets.
This was my first experience with Merry Maids. My home sparkles. The ladies did a thorough and amazing job. The products used left a lasting fragrance. The floors shine, the kitchen sink is clean (something I couldn't seem to accomplish), bathrooms are great. I have given a friend your phone number and hope she will follow through. I like that there is at least one of the two maids that has been here before and knows what my Dad's needs are. He is 91 and has some issues which they are aware of. Things normally done, such as putting things away on the kitchen counter cannot be done as he can't see very well and gets very upset if he can't find things. They are always pleasant and courteous to my Dad and anyone else who happens to be there. The house seems to be getting a little cleaner and nicer each week they have come.
