The professional staff arrived on time, and focused on the areas I had outlined with the consultant prior. They were efficient, prompt, and did an excellent job, especially in cleaning appliances and the shower stall (two places that needed a lot of attention). Our Merry Maids (Lucia and Theresa) do an outstanding job! Most the time, Lucia does our home by herself. We have a home full of "dustables" (lots of pictures, lamps, vases, chairs, bears, moose, ivy trimming, appliances, candles, etc, etc). Never a spec of dust when they finish! Everything is cleaned and polished. Our home sparkles and smells so good. I recommend Merry Maids HIGHLY. It is a great way to "pamper" yourself as a hard working professional.

I am especially grateful for the resourceful and good humored response of the Merry Maids ladies who cleaned my house when the water was off this week. I had put water in buckets and sinks, and they made it work! No complaints, no long faces. And the house looked great. Lately, they've been putting the furniture oil on a little too heavy. I forgot to tell them last time. I will next time. 😀

The house smelled amazing and the provider was quick and efficient. The only complaint I have is she personally smelled of smoke.

I really love my team. They go above and beyond what is expected. They do such a great job. I totally trust them in my home and they are very dependable.
I'm happy with most of the cleaning products but I would like to see a stronger toilet cleaner. The one now goes moldy quickly. Also a stronger cleaner in the kitchen sink that removes the stains and residue better.
