Consistency. I can trust Janice in my home alone and she does a thorough job every time. From my experience so far, for the most part, nothing is overlooked (microwave, floors, bathtub, etc.) I do spot check to make sure that I am getting what is well worth paying for.
The service I have received I like, it's clean and a great job I'm talking about the products also. Lydia started with my house is like that I have the same person all the time, she knows my house and what we need /how we need it.
