They've usually always done good work and if things are not right or damaged, they will make it right, refund the fee, or fix the damages. It's convenient to have them come in every other week but now that our kids are out of the house in college the benefit is less and the cost is losing its value. The staff are all friendly and offer to get any areas we specify so that's why I'lloyd still give them a 10.

I like that the ladies are careful to do a good job, and in the rare instances where something goes wrong, the office is quick to fix things. I highly appreciate Merry Maids and recommend them fully.

Years ago I really liked that they sent a team of people to complete the job in a timely fashion. This time only one person was sent. She did a wonderful job cleaning every nook and cranny of the house but felt I would not have had an additional charge if she had help.

Our cleaning assistant was wonderfully thorough , and extremely friendly . The house was sparkling clean when she was done !! We have used Merry Maids in the past and have only ever tried one other cleaning company ( Maid-Pro, whom we were not satisfied with ) Merry Maids has a very high standard for cleaning and getting a job done .

Not much more to say than you guys are great. And I appreciate the advance phone call about the cleaning service date. And Gloria is a go to it person which I really admire.

The ladies are friendly and efficient . The only problem I have is whatever they use for my downstairs tile floor looks good that day but the next couple of days footprints show up form rubber sole shoes. I always wear rubber soled shoes so my floor looks bad fast.

I have meant to bring it up but just recently had a change in personnel and did not want her to think it was her fault. I just think we need a different product on my wood look tile floors.

Employees are friendly and usually do a good job.

It is physically difficult for me to do the necessary bending and kneeling for much of the cleaning and your people are wonderful about all of that. Also with my allergies, it is a blessing to have the ladies do the dusting and sweeping. It truly helps my daily life.

I appreciate the friendliness and thoroughness of the crew who have come to our house. They are quick and detailed focused. I requested this service as an anniversary gift for my wife. I wanted to give her a break from cleaning the house. I could see it in her eyes that she so appreciated my awareness of the burden this has been on her for so many years. We have both shared in the house work, but truthfully it has always been her more than I doing the build of the cleaning up. What a great break this has been - for both of us.

I like the people involved. Always positive and friendly. I never have to remind any work to be done. I can always count on them.

I loved the quality of services (and products) Merry Maids provided. The only reason I didn't provide a 10 on how likely I would be to recommend a friend is that many of my friends just don't have enough income or savings to pay for your service. Merry Maids is worth it for me, but it does seem a bit pricey.

The women worked tirelessly getting every inch of my home back to new after a water leak and 4 months of no water... it was like Christmas to come home and finally just relax and enjoy without the worry and frustration.

The best part of the service is the individual maid that comes out to my house. Erlinda is EXCELLENT!! She cleans over and above in terms of quality. I am usually home with my elderly parents when she comes, and she always shows kindness and caring to them both. She can't leave without my mother giving her a hug. My mom likes her very much!!
