Juanita and Antonia are the best! They have a great attitude and provide impeccable service at our 3 locations. It would be great if Merry Maids used more non-toxic, chemical free products.

I very much appreciate the fact that when I am having a special party I am allowed to move my team to a different day to have my home very fresh and nice for the occasion. I see that Merry Maids makes every effort to send the same team to my home so that they have gotten used to my special requests of them. I like to work alongside them at times so that I can make sure they understand what I would like to happen.

The products used are very good. I might like a stronger polish for my furniture. It is dry because it is antique and I think it would benefit from an orange oil base.

girls are puncual and do the job very well. Ana is a joy and I appreciate her being my cleaner. We do not have an easy house to clean and she does the very best she can.

Antonia and Juanita are the best! They are very thorough and always smiling with great attitudes. My only request would be to use more natural, chemical free cleaning products. I usually give the team my own products to use.

Consistency

Just like that the cleaning is done when I get home or now that we have just had a baby...just that it is done as I don't have time. The products are not harsh so it doesn't smell strong.

This last time was excellent. They took the time to do the cleaning and not just dust around a little. I appreciate my teams willingness to do things right. They know exactly what needs to be cleaned and does it and then some. If you have any problems, Merry Maids is there to fix it.

I like that it is worry-free, I don't have to make sure I have products/cleaning implements, I can just walk out the door and know it'll get done according to known standards.

I do like the cleaning supplies used. I do think I would appreciate a more rich product for my wood furniture. It seems to be getting dry now that I am using Merry Maids as my sole cleaning service.

The women often work very hard. There are not a lot of perfumes used in the products.

The MOST important part of MM is the wonderful quality people they employ. The wonderful staff that clean my humble home are just great and I love having them here...and they leave me with a perfectly cleaned and straightened up home that smells wonderful.

If you were to change the 2 wonderful ladies that I have had for several years, I would consider cancelling the service.

The systematic and organized way different house areas are rotated, to make sure everything gets cleaned.

You are always on time now. When I first signed up, my shower was never cleaned to satisfaction but now it is. I'm not sure if it is the person or the cleaning agent used but I am happy.

Once we communicated to you and to your team on what we wanted done, your team has done a wonderful job and have been very thorough. However, I would like the products that they use for the kitchen linoleum floor to be a little more stronger. It sometimes does not clean up very well the spots on the floor. The bathroom cleaner is excellent.
