Being able to count on the service regularly. Merry Maids is interested in having long-term teams assigned to each account and I appreciate that.

The ladies work hard and do a very good job. I have three dogs, and it is not an easy house to clean.

We like Gabi. We have not had as good of a track record with other Merry Maids staff sent to your home. If someone OTHER than Gabi is being sent (like today, 3/2) I would appreciate advance notice of this change so we can decide to either wait for Gabi or cancel the cleaning for that week.

The representative that came by to evaluate my home was very nice and helpful. The cleaning crew was friendly and professional and did an excellent job deep cleaning our home. My house felt spotless and my floors have never been so clean!

The whole place smelled fantastic. No streaks on my floors...every baseboard and cabinet was dusted. Even the couch looked good. Wonderful job.

Merry Maid is reliable, courteous and do a great job cleaning. The cleaning is better than I would do. They have their own products that must be really good. Sinks and floors are shining. House smells clean. When my carpets were done, I and my family coul not believe what a great job they did. Lady,Paula that comes to my house does a great job and leaves notes if there is anything special.
