Great to come home to a clean house that smells fresh
The maids did a much better job on their last visit on Friday 11/22. They were there at least 1 1/2 hours. On the times they only spend 1 hour there, we notice many things they did not do properly. Back in October, we complained and the next visit on Oct. 11th they were there 2 1/2 hours and everything looked great. Then on 10/25 and 11/8 they were back to only 55-60 minutes cleaning. On Friday 11/22, I left a list on the kitchen counter with items I felt they did not do, hence they stayed longer. 55-60 minutes is not enough time to clean our house.

The service is for my father, not my home, so I'm not familiar with your products. He tells me your employees are friendly and efficient. His house looks great!

The odors are minimal, they seem to know what to do even if they haven't been here before. We travel quite a bit & it is so easy to change the schedule. They are reliable, come on time, work very quickly & do a better job than I can do in a week. There is never anything missing after they leave. They seem well trained & just go ahead & do the job & leave. I'm spoiled now, wouldn't want to live without them as long as I have the money to hire them. Since I used to do all the cleaning myself, my standards are not too high, but the house seems to stay cleaner longer than when I do it.
