Nicole is the best! The reason of several I've been with merry maids for 6 years!

They did a fabulous job. Just a couple of things that weren't done... beds weren't made, and the glass shelves, that hold all of our bar glasses, weren't dusted at all. Two minor things. My house looked, and smelled awesome when I came home from work! Overall, I loved the service. It was a big job! Looking forward to them coming back!

As long as I call in advance, it is easy to reschedule when I have to be out of town. I like having the same cleaning personnel each time. I don't know what products you use, but everything is fresh, sparkly and clean!

I do think that 125 is a little costly for once a month cleaning of a 1200 ft apartment.
