I am not able to the household cleaning like I used to. I especially appreciate having the vacuuming done and the bathroom thoroughly cleaned.

They are polite, are neat in appearance, and also work very quickly.

I am almost always with the cleaning. Sometimes the work is exceptional and I contact the office to provide let them know who did the exceptional work by name. Very rarely, someone misses something important, so I contact the office and someone comes out quickly and makes things right.

Frankly, this company meets my needs very, very well.

To put it simply, they care. My mother and I have health issues and cannot keep up with housework the way we used to. Merry Maids is a godsend to us! Whenever I have a concern or a question, they are very helpful. I highly recommend them.
