I enjoy the fact that you work around my mother being in the house while you clean. I am sure most of the homes you go to are where people are at work. They are very kind and make sure they clean a room that she can go to so they can clean the room she was in. They do a great job. Since we are monthly we get a variety of cleaners and all are great. The Merry Maids themselves are efficient as well as compassionate and caring as they relate to those whose homes they clean.
I only needed a one time only and one room done, the kitchen. My wife was in rehab and I wanted to have a clean as new place for both of us to work as I will now be helping in the kitchen.
The personnel are very professional and friendly. They do a great job. I always know when they have been there because my house has a clean scent when I walk through the door. I also have Merry Maids clean my mother's home as well.

The team sent to my home did a great job. This was a first time deep clean and everything was spotless, even the wood floors. There was no harsh chemical smell just a light pleasant clean smell. It was an absolute pleasure coming home Thank you!

I have used this Merry Maids office for many years. I can't compliment them enough. Currently our ladies are Erika and Tina. We love them. If they miss something, they go back and get it on their own before they leave. We are usually here since we're retired, and try to stay out of their way. They are personable, responsive, and efficient. They clean us every other week.
I have one issue I would like to see addressed. For these many years we have asked that our home be cleaned after 12 noon. There are many reasons for that (some medical). We have never minded an occassional exception with an advance call, receiving our permission. We can then alter our day accordingly. However, these last several weeks they have come early almost every time. Some of those cleanings we did not receive an advence call from the office. We want to go back to the usual being after 12 noon, and only rarely come earlier when there is a pressing staff issue or emergency schedulimg need. And even then, we need a call in advance (preferably the day before or at least an hour before they come). We continue to be Merry Maids fans! Thank you.
Last cleaning went very well and no sweeper problems.
I was called the morning of my scheduled cleaning. One of the women was sick and they wanted to reschedule my cleaning. I could not as my guests would already be here by that date. The woman in the office made sure my house was cleaned by doing it herself. She was very friendly, cleaned everything well, and was extremely helpful.
Your team did an excellent job on a very hot day. They did such a great job I asked for them to come back on my next cleaning!
