Merry Maids employees arrive promptly and begin working immediately to clean every surface in my home. They do not stop to chat or waste time. They have a cleaning routine that really works which means they work efficiently. Their cleaning cloths and mops are changed for each customer so there is no cross contamination. I enjoy having the same person cleaning my home each time. I totally trust my Merry Maids cleaner. The cleaning products do a very good job on all surfaces. I like the fact that I have good communication with the Merry Maids customer service staff. I like using a pre arranged debt card payment plan so I do not have to write checks for bi-weekly cleanings.
My husband likes the clean, fresh smell of our house after a Merry Maids cleaning. Merry Maids are always well stocked with their supplies and equipment. I have enjoyed their cleaning service for over 20 years. I like the strict standards of hiring Merry Maids employees. I like the fact that their employees are bonded.

The products used do not seem to last. My toilet bowl gets dirty much faster than when I use toilet bowl cleaners myself. Tub has build up which she was going to put in notes so it can be scrubbed well next time. Overall very happy though
