Ida does a fantastic job. The house always smells good. She cleans all the bath mats and does great getting all the dog hair from the kitchen. The deep cleaning in my kitchen was great. She clean all my windows in the house, wiped all my knick knacks and on top of cabinets. I would recommend Ida for sure.

Outstanding job every 2-weeks

The maids are very thorough with cleaning all the nooks and crannies. I love coming home to a clean house that not only looks clean, but FEELS clean.

You bring all your own things--including supplies, which save me from providing things such as vacuum cleaners and shopping for cleaning supplies. Also it is nice to know that a person will be here every other week as scheduled. When I used individual cleaning people, they were never that dependable.

Presently, I am very pleased with the person assigned to my home. She does a great job and is very pleasant.

Seems to be thorough in cleaning most of the time, no one cleans your house like u would but I guess it is better than no cleaning at all.

Our Merry Maid Ida cleans like I would clean if I was still able. She does it with more speed than I ever had. She is very dedicated in what she does.

I do not know what products were used but the deep cleaning was fine. There were some areas missed but I figured these were not deep cleaning issues and this will come with the normal cleaning.

I appreciate that the same person was sent to my house both times, that way I can show her how I like things done and she knows for the next time. Our last few cleanings have been FANTASTIC!!! I feel like my home stays cleaner longer! The floors and the furniture are very clean and when I come home after a cleaning the whole house smells fresh! Melissa has been awesome!
