This is a correction of my earlier response. I want to be sure that Beth receives a rating of "10". The "9" I included in my earlier was intended as a slight criticism of the organization for stopping the practice of calling a day ahead of my next cleaning. I found this very useful, as I travel frequently, and keeping track of just WHICH Tuesday it is this week is sometimes bothersome. However, since I am now told that my name will be on a new calling list, I am happy to rank BOTH Merry Maids AND Beth as "10".

Merry Maids has always been flexible about my cleaning schedule, since I travel a good deal; have always been prompt and forthright about all of the (very) few issues that have come up in a relationship of a dozen years. Currently I want to single out my housekeeper Beth for special praise. A truly quality person, who takes real pride in getting the job right.

Tabitha does a fantastic job. My house is clean and smells good. She is thorough getting rid of the dog hair. She is very detailed and cleans even my knick knacks. She is the only one I will have clean my house.
