I like the whole way they run their business. Very well organized. Someone comes to the house first to assess the house and determine the services I want. Just great. Their description of the service and appointment protocol, etc. is likewise just great. And then the woman who came to clean was the best I have ever had! AND she wants and the company wants my feedback, and she wants to know exactly how it could be improved. I was totally satisfied with everything!!!

The cleaning is extremely thorough and the staff are kind and professional hard workers.
Andrea, who came to my apartment, was very efficient and detail oriented. The cleaning was very thorough (even though it was the first visit and I was told it would be very thorough, I was not totally convinced).
The gals have only been here once but I was very pleased with the job they did. The only thing I am not crazy about is that the wood floors look dull. Is there any product they can use that would give them more of a shine? I have already recommended you to my friends.
