Your employees are always very kind and never complain about having to pick anything up. They are very considerate of my home and my time. For example, we have a dehumidifier in our basement and I didn't get the water basin pushed all the way back in. I received a call that said the maid had unplugged and emptied it so that there wouldn't be any more water on the floor when I got home.

However, they used to leave a list of areas of the house they gave extra attention to and they dont do that anymore. It was nice to have a checklist and know that things were getting done regularly.
