The continuity of sending the same person for each house cleaning. I've had the same person, Victoria, for quite some time and she does an excellent job. As far as products I wish Merry Maids allowed their employs to use Comet or like products to get a brighter whitening of the kitchen sink.

You got the hard stain ring in my toilet out...along with coming back without complaint when I needed things touched up. It has been a great experience and will have you all doing our new home when we settle.

The person tha cleaned our house this last time did an excellent job!

I like the fact the tile floors are cleaned by hand. We have been using another cleaning service company but we were not happy with the way the floors looked. Kitchen Tile looked cleaner and better than it has in years. I like having items put back where they found them. You would have received a 10 rating if all furniture had been cleaned. The class top on one of the tables still had dust on it.

You do an excellent job!

The first girls that came out did a very disappointing job, return vents, ceiling fan, bathroom lights, curtains, outside of doors (but inside screen door)none were even touched. Kitchen counter not cleaned under or behind small appliances such as mixer, coffer pot, decorative baskets. Not vacummed under couch cushions, did not clean water ring out of toilet. I know this is only part of the list. I was so very disappointed, but finally calmed down, and called it and shared my disappointment. They verbalized that all the things on my list ( I only named about 1/2) were to be done. They sent out a new crew the next day and did complete job. Love it!! They actually even added things to the list that were not done that they said is 'policy' to do. Thank you for making it right!
