The woman who came to clean was very nice and did a very good job. The apartment looks good, and I'm looking forward to the next cleaning.
However, there were two problems. The first problem is no one let me know when she was coming to clean. I did not receive a phone call telling me when she was coming, so I was quite surprised when she appeared at the door.
The second was that very little dusting was done. I was really looking forward to having things dusted, so when they weren't I was quite disappointed.
Otherwise everything was very well done and I am quite satisfied with the work that was done.

You are very dependable, and do an excellent job. If anything goes wrong, you correct the situation right away. I was very pleased with the service I got from Bessie in San Francisco. We had an issue with one employee, and she did a superb job of rectifying the situation immediately. She provided excellent customer service. I hope she receives notice of my compliments of her performance. With employees like her, you will have very loyal customers.
