Communication with staff is excellent and they all are willing to make the experience a good one. Nice to treat yourself to a clean house when you don’t always have the time to do it yourself. Customer service is very responsive and if there are issues with the cleaning they are remedied usually the next day. The company seems very focused on making sure customers are satisfied.

Not really aware of what products you are using

Being a family member of one who receives the Merry Maid service, I love the clean fresh look and feel of my fathers condo even many days after you’ve been in to clean. Vacuuming, dusting and wiping floors and surfaces are just what he needed help with!

Tabitha is very thorough and sweet. She has an eye for detail and always does a fantastic job. I like the text message that they are on their way. It gives me time to kennel my dogs and pick up their toys.

This was the first time we used a cleaning service. It was a one time cleaning that in the future we’d like to get to a monthly or bi-monthly service. Merry maids was the only cleaning service that would offer a one time cleaning. The house looked amazing they did an amazing job!! Well worth the money!
Not sure of the cleaning products they used, it smelled great also!!
