We really like the person who comes to our home. She's friendly, cheerful, prompt, a hard worker, and flexible. She's able to work around whatever happens to be going on at our home at any given time.

I haven't noticed the products much. We've finally fine-tuned floor-washing. At first it seemed like the floors wee a bit sticky after being washed, but after experimenting with techniques (and augmenting the Merry Maids products with some our own, that problem has been solved.

Consistency-I find if well done each time. I also like the way they concentrate only certain room each time.
