Omayra is very detailed and very personable as well.

I have generally been very happy with the service. I have noticed that they are not cleaning my toilets very well. The top rim on the inside of all my toilets is turning black.

Also, my understanding was that every so often ( Can't remember if its every cleaning or not) but one room was supposed to have special attention paid to it. I know my kitchen has not had that since you guys started back in January. The cabinets need to be wiped down as well as my baseboards. I do not feel as if any of the baseboards have been cleaned since the initial deep clean.

Service providers are always kind and helpful.

Clean and fresh smelling

I had 2 people come out and wash my windows in preparation to sell our house. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, were professional and courteous. When they left - my windows were SPOTLESS! Once the house sells, I will consider using Merry Maids, specifically Krista and/or Rob to clean my new home.

Everything is good. However I would like the bathrooms to have a fresh clean smell. They are clean but I wish there was a nice scent in the kitchen and bath.

Merry Maids staff are consistently on time, prepared, and pleasant. They all do a thorough job of
cleaning my home. They bring their own supplies and products, but are willing to use special ones that I provide, when I ask (such as a special cleaner/refinisher for my wood floors, etc.)
