The fact that your products are pet friendly is a great thing for my family. I also like the fact that the products you use are not harsh in smell or in contents.

Workers and staff are there to any questions if there is a problem with the service or damage to something in the house.

Don't know really anything about the products you use. Services wise I believe you care about your customers and your staff is very friendly and trustworthy. Shayna does a fine job like her a lot. Kathy does a good job also. Merry maids does a fine job I give you a 9.

I like the fact that the cleaning is scheduled at my convenience, and the office is very accommodating in the event I need to pospone. I usually have the same woman, who understands what I like, is very sweet to my cat, and treats my home as her own. Her name is Shayna. Although others are scheduled on occasion, I do find comfort that the likelihood that Shayna will be performing the service is a great assurance to me. When I return home from work after a cleaning, I often feel as though I am walking into a hotel room that smells great.

I like the fact that MM works with you and your schedule. They have always been able to work around my schedule whenever I've asked. The girls are always pleasant, friendly and professional. They never hesitate to do something special if they are asked. Theresa does a great job.

Merry Maids is the first company we've used that consistantly cleans well, is always on time, and goes the "extra mile" on every visit. Helene does an excellent job!!!

House is not clean, I expressed what I needed when I got the contract but the services were not provided as detailed as explained in the contract or in the service sheets provided weekly. I havfe complained several times and have asked that a manager come inspect my home after it was cleaned and that has never been done. The representative atthe Pittman office is very rude Sherry Hitchner and treats peolple like she is doing them a favor but does not take into account that this is a paid service and that she cannot talk to people or send rude emails to customers as she pleases. I would appreciate a call from a cooperate person to further discuss this. Thank you Phone number removed

Your people are dependable and do the stated job. If I am around at the time they are here, they ask if there is anything else they could do. I appreciate their professionalism.
