The ladies are always firendly and very professonal. I don't know too much about the products used except they make the house smells fresh; they seem to do a good job. Perhaps better floor products to get up scuff marks easier.

I love the way my home smells on the day they are finished cleaning. Each time they clean, they concentrate on two rooms and pay special attention to those rooms.

The girls are always professional and friendly. They always ask if everything is ok and if there is something they can take care of. I guess the products they use are ok, except sometimes marks on the floor that I would think would come up easily, don't. Maybe a better wet mop with a better scrubby would be better.

The commitment to work with my needs to ensure a great service!! We are very pleased with Kristy and look forward to share with our friends and family how happy we are with the Merry Maids Service we are receiving.
