We are satisfied with your service and products but have a problem with your assignments of maids.

When we signed the contract we were informed that we could chose a "primary maid" as time passed. We chose MEGAN because we were impressed with her work! Since then we have seen her only once and you keep sending us someone else, who we have to show through the house all over........

If there is a problem with our choece of maids, then it would be nice to get some feed-back.

Kim gets everything clean & organized. We are ready for another 2 wks. The pro1ducts used do not smell but clean well. I've used MM for 21yrs.

The Merry Maid person is very good at cleaning , dusting, and wet mopping the hardwood floors. Smells very nice when the cleaning is completed.

they did a great job on the windows.. bathrooms were very well done.

kitchen floors still had spots etc.. and they didn't seem to slide any of the furniture to vacuum under.. maybe not part of the service. support was timely and sufficient for our needs.

When they arrived, the hot water in the house had already been turned off. Instead of giving up, they brought in pots to warm the water and continued to clean.
