It all went according to the plan. The only surprise was how good of a job that the cleaners did.

I really like my cleaning team. They're friendly and equiped. They don't hang around, they get to it. I don't actually pay any attention to the products as 'I'm happy with my home when they're finished.

I liked that there was not a strong scent to the cleaning products. It just smelled fresh. And the young folks doing the work were so kind and diligent. They worked every minute they were here.

I am consistently pleased with the services and products used in my home. If I have any issues, the local team is quick to resolve them. I have used Merry Maids in California and New York for at least 10 years in total.

They really used muscles and persistance!! I needed Merry Maids to come in to my apartment and make it sparkle..........I even told the two woman that came that I really need a good spring cleaning......they responded and I was really happy with the results.

Quality of cleaning, customer service.

Very detailed. Very thorough. This cleaning lasted for a few days. Other companies I have used, the house stayed cleaned for a day or two. I dont know how they did it but I am very happy.

Just 2 issues I had a problem with, but the ladies you sent were quite personal and professional. I felt they were going to do a good job, and indeed, they did.
(1). I asked the ladies to use Bono, for my floors, but they used lemon oil in water, instead. Not sure why? We stayed in the house the entire time.
(2). I told them I ran the self clean oven the night before, as you had suggested, and left the oven racks out to be cleaned but they didn’t clean the interior of the oven. The next day I went to use the oven, and there was still water at the bottom of the oven.Guess it might have been my problem in not communicating more effectively.
They ended up NOT cleaning the office, as I told them not to bc we had a ladder and treadmill in there and cans of paint. We were going to paint the room, that day.But essentially, they were quite thorough. THOUGH YOU DO NEED TO FOLLOW THEM AFTER THEY COMPLETE A ROOM or two, AND NOT JUST as they are ready to leave. All looked satisfactory, when I’m walking them out, but I should have made a closer observation.
