The young ladies who have cleaned my home are very nice, personable and do a good job.
If I have a special concern, they are most receptive to it and address it to my satisfaction. I've only had one Merry maid representative whom I would not wish to
have back in my home. The products seem to be OK.

Terri was great, and my request to have her returned is granted. She was friendly and she said "she loves to clean". We hust recently moved in and the house was a real mess.

Courteous staff who taylors the service to client needs. Listens to what the client wants and is willing to accomodate. The house feels clean when they are finished--and, when we point out some minor item that was missed, they cheerfully clean it to our satisfaction. They work the whole time--no smoke breaks every 10 minutes, etc. Very professional crew!!

Betty does an excellent job of cleaning. My cabinets are looking good once more. The lemon oil brought back the shine to them as well as my woodwork. For my oak floors I have her use Bono floor cleaner for wood floors as I prefer it to what Merryaid provides, I also have her use mop n glow on my slate entry way.
I do think that $100 a week is a little high for two hours of cleaning.

Truly like everything about Merry Maids!
